The callback form on this website asks for your name and mobile number. We send those details to our team so that we can call you back, and we keep them only as long as it takes to answer you. You have to tick the box before we may call, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive your name, number or email address, the clinic you choose and whatever you tell us about what you would like help with. Please do not send detailed medical history through a form or a message; your doctor will ask for what is needed at your consultation.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measurement tools to understand which campaigns and pages bring people to Hiwaga and whether they go on to contact us.
