Information you give us
The callback form on this website asks for your name and mobile number. We send those details to our team so that we can call you back, and we keep them only as long as it takes to answer you. You have to tick the box before we may call, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive your name, number or email address, the clinic you choose and whatever you tell us about what you would like help with. Please do not send detailed medical history through a form or a message; your doctor will ask for what is needed at your consultation.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measurement tools to understand which campaigns and pages bring people to Hiwaga and whether they go on to contact us. Once you allow them, these tools set cookies and share limited technical data with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. Until you choose Allow in the cookie notice they set no cookies, Meta receives nothing, and Google receives only signals without cookies or identifiers. We never send the names of treatments or health conditions to Meta, Meta measurement does not run on treatment or offer pages, and we do not use visits to build advertising audiences. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookies link in the footer. Your bright mode and cookie choices are stored only in your own browser.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through this website. A parent or guardian should make enquiries on a child's behalf.
