Where are Hiwaga's clinics?
Hiwaga has eleven clinics across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. In Andhra Pradesh: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada, Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry), Vizianagaram, Nellore, Tirupati, Bhimavaram and Kakinada. In Telangana: Hyderabad (Gachibowli and Kompally). What conditions do you treat?
Our dermatologists treat a wide range of skin and hair conditions, including acne and acne scars, pigmentation and melasma, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, hair loss and signs of ageing. Every plan starts with an examination by a doctor.
How do I know a treatment is safe for me?
Treatments are planned and supervised by registered doctors and follow clinical safety and sterilisation protocols. Before any procedure your doctor explains the expected results, possible side effects and aftercare, so you can decide with full information.
What happens at my first visit?
Your doctor examines your skin or scalp, asks about your concerns and medical history, and recommends a personalised plan. A first consultation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the treatment. HydraFacial shows a result after one session; laser hair removal usually needs 6 to 8 sessions and acne scar treatment 4 to 6. Your doctor will give you a timeline at consultation.
How long does a hair transplant take?
Usually 4 to 8 hours, depending on the number of grafts. Hiwaga uses FUE, which is minimally invasive and doesn't need stitches.
Is there any recovery time after laser treatment?
Most non-ablative laser treatments, including laser hair removal, have little or no downtime. Ablative resurfacing treatments can need 5 to 7 days of recovery. You'll receive written aftercare for your treatment.
Do you offer EMI or payment plans?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards and UPI, and offer EMI on selected treatments through partner banks.
